Sweep Away Stigma 2025 Event

I’m excited to be part of the 9th Annual Sweep Away Stigma event on Wednesday, April 30th at Todos Santos Plaza! This amazing day of of community connection, advocacy, and mental health awareness is hosted by Mental Health Connections House and brings together people from all over Contra Costa County.

🪘 Join me for a Drum Circle at 9:45am to help kick off the day with rhythm, energy, and connection.

🎵 Then I’ll be back for Music Bingo at 2:00pm where you can sing along, test your musical memory, and even win a prize!
